C.a.R. > Languages
With the volunteer help of many users, C.a.R. has been translated to a lot of languages. For some of them, the context help has been translated too. By default, C.a.R. will use the local language. But it is possible to use any other language, if the fonts for this language are present, and Java has been installed for this language. To use another language, append the parameter "-l code" to the command line, or use the menu item "Set Language", and enter the country code.
